When was the last time you sprinted? Ever wondered how you’d perform in a 100m race? Whether you’re a runner, a gym enthusiast, or just here for the thrill, having quick feet always gives you an edge.
We’ll kick things off with fun but challenging drills using cones and mini-hurdles, building up to the highlight of the morning — a 100m time trial. 🏁 Special prizes await the fastest male and female runners.

Instructor Profile: Justin Song
Experience the expertise of Justin Song, a four-year Ex-NCAA Division I Track and Field athlete from Davidson College — the same school that NBA legend Steph Curry attended. Justin advanced to the semi-finals in the 400M National Championship in Korea in 2007.
With a strong foundation in sprinting and a passion for coaching, Justin is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels improve their speed and performance. He still coaches student-athletes in his free time.
