OD Braintrust: April
The OD Braintrust is a space for facilitated discussions, led by one of our community members, to the OD community in NY connect, build ideas, and exchange insights.
What to expect: for our fourth OD Braintrust, Arielle Sadan and Jared Taylor, board members, will bring a topic for us to discuss through a structured conversation. The topic will not be announced in advance as we want an element of surprise, and suspect we’ll have greater diversity of thought by avoiding the self-selection process that usually happens when we have a topic in mind.
Why should I come? If you have an open mind and are interested in starting your Friday with thought provoking, invigorating conversation on a surprise topic related to the workplace, join us!
You’re someone who work in, studies, or is fascinated with fields like change leadership, human behavior, organizational culture, pro-social development, creativity, navigating complexity, or agility (just to name a few).
