​Every time I visit Austin, I feel inspired to gather some of the most incredible people I know—and this trip is no exception. Since I’ll be in town for a conference on April 26–27, I’ve teamed up with Brian Sanders to host an unforgettable evening at one of Austin’s most vibrant indoor/outdoor spaces: The Sapien Center.

​Join us for cold plunges, sauna sessions, deep conversation, and community vibes in one of Austin’s most inspiring wellness environments.

​Optional Meal: $15 — nourishing, delicious, and well worth it. Please purchase ahead so we know how much food to provide. You can also Venmo day-of.
