No, we don't actually eat breakfast.
Here's how it works → We meet at a cafe, sit in silence, and work —
No conversations to be made. Every 30 mins, I'll tell you that "2 hours is up". This artificially compressing time. And it works.
The Result
By 9:30 am every Monday — you will have completed what everyone in your organization (or your competition) hopes to complete by mid-week.
