Yoga Breathing is a safe and simple practice to help you train your nervous system and optimize your biochemistry.

1 hour classes consisting of movement, breathwork practices (from yoga and beyond) into meditation.
Please where comfortable clothing, avoid food, sugar or caffeine immediately before each session and maybe bring some blankets or pillows for comfort.
