About Joy:
Joy is currently the Executive Director of Product, managing a team that focuses on growth experience and monetization at Disney Streaming. She’s responsible for increasing global subscribers and revenue across Disney+, Hulu, and Star+ by launching new plans to markets, continuous A/B testing, and building flexible platform and self-service capabilities.
Before joining Disney Streaming, she worked at Amazon Prime and Experian, driving growth for their subscription businesses.
In her spare time, Joy and her two doodles enjoy hikes and trips to the many dog beaches in San Diego, CA.
