10:15-10:25 AM: Arrival + Sign Liability Waiver (Waiver link will also be emailed before the event — completing in advance is encouraged)
10:30 - 11:45 AM: Intermediate-Advanced Conditioning Class hosted hosted by Allyson Trice from Delta Performance Gym
11:45 - 1:15 PM: Social Hour with special pop-ups from local businesses like Project Lean Nation, Primal Chiropractic, and Captivate.
Non-Members Cost: $20
