What You Can Expect

If you’re a learning professional who develops learning and training solutions, you might recognise this: too often, training happens but doesn’t really help. In this Power Hour, we’ll take a fresh look at what actually improves learning. We take the GROWTH Training Improvement Model as the basis for that. Roy has developed this new model together with his peers at aNewSpring to help learning professionals structure, challenge, and improve their learning solutions. It consists of six categories, that all have elements that lead to a more effective training. In this session we give you you a practical way to reflect on your own work. Expect some myth-busting, a new lens to look through, and lively discussions with fellow learning geeks. Come curious, leave sharper.

What You’ll Take Away

✅Start improving your learning interventions with a simple but powerful evidence based model.

✅Apply a new lens to reflect on what makes your learning experiences effective — and what doesn’t.

✅Practical insights you can apply right away in your design or conversations with stakeholders.

✅Inspiration (and a free tool) to assess and improve your own training programs, including a personalised feedback report.
