

Noor & Strength: Sisters’ Pilates 🩰
Join us for a rejuvenating Pilates class exclusively for sisters in a safe, private, and welcoming environment. This class is designed to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing—perfect for all fitness levels, from beginners to those with experience.
Through gentle, controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll not only build physical strength but also take time to reconnect with your body in a peaceful, sisterly space.
What to expect:
• Low-impact exercises on mats
• Focus on core, posture, and alignment
• A calm and uplifting atmosphere
• Modesty and privacy respected at all times
• Networking, tea and snacks after class
Bring: Comfortable modest workout clothes, a water bottle and a mat (mats are not provided)
Important:
• This class is not suitable for pregnant women or those with severe underlying health conditions.
• No children allowed in the space to ensure focus and safety for all attendees
• Please make sure you bring a yoga mat. Mats are not provided. No mat, no entry.
