There comes a moment when an old version of ourselves must die to make space for a new one. The Death and Rebirth Ritual is an intimate group ceremony designed to honour that profound process of shedding, letting go, and stepping into a new chapter.
This ritual is not for the faint of heart—it’s for those who are ready to release the identities, fears, and burdens that no longer serve them. It’s an opportunity to deeply let go in order to make room for the fullness of who you are becoming.
In this powerful ceremony, you will enter a real coffin, symbolizing the release of all that you’ve outgrown. With the coffin closed, you will be held in sacred space of sound and voice, as other members of the group share poems and reflections, as well as reading your eulogy, thus creating a collective atmosphere of presence, support, and love.
A guided meditation on death will help you connect with the deep wisdom of this transition, allowing you to fully surrender to the process in order to experience the rebirth that follows.
But death is never without the promise of new life.
As you emerge from this powerful surrender, you will enter into your rebirth, welcomed with care, love, and healing energy. You’ll have the option of receiving a multi-hand massage, a sensory experience that helps to release any lingering tension, restore your energy, and ground you in your new self.
All participants will also receive a 20% discount on a 1:1 bodywork session with Rose, to be used by the end of May.
