​Mick has over 17 years of experience growing Polish startups internationally. From his early roles at GetResponse, and Brand24, he is now Chief Growth Officer at TRAFFIT ATS. He is passionate about sales, marketing, customer success and most recently internal culture and recruitment. He also draws experience as an active mentor and business angel in the Polish tech space.
