Rei, mother to an 8-month-old, envisioned The Grand to build belonging in our fragmented world. Anita, mom to two daughters under five, has spent her career across media, finance, VC, and executive coaching creating meaningful communities where people show up authentically and build deep connection.
Together, they've built The Grand as a group coaching platform where individuals navigate life's transitions together, fostering genuine community. The Grand is built on the belief that everyone deserves supportive community, especially during big work and life transitions. The company is backed by visionaries like Alexis Ohanian's Seven Seven Six.
Lauren Berson, Founder and CEO of Conceive
Lauren Berson is the founder and CEO of Conceive, a digital health platform built to support people through the ups, downs, and everything in between of fertility and pregnancy. Inspired by her own multi-year journey to parenthood, Lauren created the kind of support system she wished existed—one that’s rooted in empathy, backed by data, and focused on making sure no one feels alone along the way.
