Keynote Bio:
Xiaohui Liu is the founder and CEO of sCrypt Inc., a company dedicated to providing full-stack development platform for UTXO blockchains like Bitcoin. Previously, he was a co-founder and the Chief Scientist at blockchain startup ContentBox. Before that, he was a Research Scientist at Facebook in the Connectivity Lab, conducting fundamental research to make internet access available worldwide. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specialising in peer-to-peer distributed networking.
Brandon Roberts is an Exploration Engineer at StarkWare working to bring the power of L2 scaling and compute to Bitcoin without significant trust assumptions. Brandon is currently building a Bitcoin Script VM in Cairo with open-source contributors, allowing generation of STARK proofs of generic Bitcoin scripts. He's a bit of a tech and maths nerd, who also has worked in infrastructure at Coinbase and built simulations/core flight software for NASA.
