Rise Together: Networking with Tech Mentors for the Emerging Leaders

Join us on June 17 in Tampa for a dynamic evening of connection and mentorship hosted by Tampa Bay Tech’s Emerging Leaders Council. This exclusive event is designed to bring together the next generation of tech professionals—those with 1–5 years of experience—and senior leaders (Sr. Directors and above) from across the Tampa Bay Tech community.

In a speed-networking style format, emerging leaders will rotate through 10+ mentor tables, gaining valuable insights and making meaningful connections with experienced professionals who have paved the way. It’s an incredible opportunity to ask questions, gather advice, and build relationships that could turn into long-term mentorships.

Why Attend?

🔹 Explore potential mentorship relationships

🔹 Get real-world advice from leaders who’ve been there

🔹 Ask questions, share goals, and gain perspective

🔹 Build a network that supports your growth

Who Should Attend?

Emerging leaders (1-5 years of work experience) looking for a mentor and/or career advice from senior leaders.

Emerging leaders are ENCOURAGED to come with curiosity and a willingness to learn. We are asking mentors for your time and openness during the event; however, whether connections continue beyond the event will be up to the individuals involved.

Don’t miss this chance to grow your network, gain perspective, and be part of the vibrant tech community here in Tampa Bay!
