Melissa is a writer, producer, and director known for her work in scripted television development and production. Her credits include: The Wonder Years, The Long Road Home, based on Martha Raddatz’s New York Times best-seller, American Horror Story, Portlandia, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Tracey Ullman’s State of the Union, and You’re the Worst.
Over the past decade, Wylie has worked in scripted comedy and drama for NBC, ABC, FOX, FX, Twentieth Century, Warner Brothers, Warner Horizon, Walt Disney Studios, Universal, HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central, IFC, Nickelodeon, CMT, and VH-1.
Wylie recently produced the drama pilot Judgement for ABC and made her directorial debut on a comedy variety pilot.
