Cacao & Ecstatic Dance — An Intimate Gathering

​A small, intimate dance gathering in Brooklyn. We’ll start with a dose of ceremonial-grade cacao (optional, but really encouraged) to help us arrive and ease into the space. Then we’ll move into a freeform dance session with music curated by George and Edy — no choreography, no pressure, just movement that feels good.

​It’s a chance to shake off the week, get out of your head, and enjoy some honest connection — with yourself and with others.

​Expect a cozy, low-key vibe, a small group, and maybe a short embodiment exercise to help us land more fully.
