About the panelists:
Hania Faridi
Hania Faridi is currently a Senior Vice President of Global Digital & FinTech partnerships at Mastercard Data and Services, which is the professional services arm of Mastercard focused on data, consulting, and analytic platform solutions. In this role, Hania oversees global business development with digital and fintech partners. She and her team are responsible for driving new business, co-innovating with and driving value for partners, and growing overall revenue for the segment.
Previously, Hania held various roles at Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), where she helped some of the biggest retailers, restaurants, CPGs, and telco companies in the world deploy a Test & Learn approach to their business, and use experimentation to inform strategic decisions around pricing, payments, marketing and more. She also led APT’s west coast retail practice. Hania earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
Ellen Jackowski
Ellen Jackowski joins Mastercard as Chief Sustainability Officer, where she is spearheading the integration of the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy into the organization. As part of this work, she is driving climate leadership for Mastercard-wide programs and commitments, such as reaching net-zero emissions by 2040, and helping accelerate the company’s impact in climate action initiatives like Priceless Planet Coalition.
Previously, Ellen served as Chief Impact Officer and Head of Sustainable Impact at HP. Her global team developed and delivered a wide range of programs focused on climate action, human rights and digital equity. Earlier in her career, she served in several management and consulting roles.
Ellen is part of the advisory board of the Ocean Plastics Leadership Network, is a deputy advisor on the World Economic Forum’s Champions for Nature community and has served as a faculty member of The Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge.
Chandrika Maheshwari
Chandrika is the Founder, CEO of Pull. Pull is a FinTech startup in the financial wellness space with the mission of empowering employees to build generational wealth. Pull provides employees with access to the liquidity they need to unlock their financial goals faster and the tools to build and manage their wealth effectively.
Prior to starting Pull, Chandrika spent over a decade building and scaling products at Plaid, DocuSign, Google and Bain & Co. Chandrika got an MBA from MIT Sloan.
