Studies show that working without relaxation kills your focus and productivity. You experience “decision fatigue”, making it difficult to see solutions when you face obstacles in your business. You may also fail to see errors or really be there for your team because you face “inattentional blindness”.

Research also shows that adults who make time for relaxation and recharge show increased levels of productivity, creativity, health and happiness.

When you are intentional with your productivity, you get more done in a shorter period of time, you are clear on your goals, you feel motivated and confident every day. This comes with putting in place practices that can recharge your mind, body and spirit.

Meditation is the science of the subconscious mind. In medical terms, it is a state of hypnosis. In spiritual terms, it is a state of trance. Basically, meditation allows the brain to change its waves from a state of alertness (Beta waves) into a state of complete relaxation (Theta waves). Yoga is the science that understands that every cell can completely relax, therefore the conscious mind can completely relax too. When that happens, we operate only from the subconscious level (which is 95% of who we are). And through guided meditations, we can reprogram our subconscious minds with anything we want: uplifting emotions, peace of mind, clarity, focus, heighten intuition, easier-to-get results, confidence, self-worth, a state of “it's all going to be just fine”. And from this new program into our subconscious mind (which governs our body and action, therefore results), we can truly achieve our biggest dreams with ease and relaxation, one by one.

Embodiment is a moment-to-moment practise to bring the mind home to our body. Our emotions, stress and worries, can get stuck in the body and mind. Give the mind a break from overanalysing it, and invite movement to help you release the stuck and get into the flow again. Being in conscious movement refreshes your brain and nourishes your creative resilience. Your body wisdom is an amazing resource in creating ease and balance, cultivating self-awareness, and making healthier decisions in your life.

Journaling is a practice for daily reflection, used to enhance your self-awareness and get to know your strengths and weaknesses. It also helps you develop high emotional intelligence, with empathy and compassion for your team members, manage stress in any situation and learn to let go of negative perspectives and judgement. With a consistent practice of keeping a journal, you can let your mind wander, listen to your own thoughts and come up with creative solutions and ideas, while also find meaning from daily events and meetings to inform further actions and mindset.

By the end of this 90-minute workshop, you will have:

  • Self-care practices for your mind, body and soul that you can fit right away into your busy life

  • A clear understanding why stress and overwhelm are not the norm anymore. Bust the myth that busy means productive.

  • Tools that you can apply daily to clarify, prioritize and simplify your to-do list and show up with confidence in your next team meeting

Join us for 90-minutes of relaxation for leaders and entrepreneurs who want to try a different way of running their business: with intentional productivity. During the session, you will get to practice meditation, movement and journaling and experience the true meaning of recharging.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Daiana Radulescu is a Happiness and Relaxation Coach for women. Realizing she was getting severly ill because she couldn't find her true purpose in life, Daiana went into a spiritual journey that finally answered all the existential questions that were still keeping her awake at night. After 2.5 years of studies in India, she got initiated by her guru in the science and practice of Traditional Yoga and Metaphysical Tantra and is now guiding women to realize their divine self, so they can live out of limitations and conditionings about who they are and what they can achieve.

​Irene Anggreeni is a Certified Dance Therapist (clinical) and Mental Wellness Coach who delivers engaging training to move you on a self-discovery. So you can see the holistic picture of your wellbeing and what you need to amplify your healing mind-body-soul. Her magic blend is creative embodiment, mind-body shifts, and peer support. With over 10 years of transformative journeys after a clinical depression and career switch from engineering/academia, she passionately helps leaders and entrepreneurs navigate their lives from merely surviving towards badass thriving!

Alexandra Badita is a Journaling Coach, founder of the first Journaling Academy in Romania and host of Live Your Impressivity Show podcast. With a background in journalism, project management, marketing and communication, she is passionate about writing and storytelling, teaching the art of journaling to business leaders, entrepreneurs, parents and children. Alex is also an international author of the book "Write Your Way To Happiness" and the journal "Impress yourself every day". She founded Impressivity® by Alexandra to encourage and empower people to know themselves with the power of words.
