The adverse impact of stress on our sex lives is widely established and frankly, should come as no shock.  Most people know all too well the feeling of coming home after a long day and sex being the last thing they feel like doing.  If that’s you, know that you’re not alone.  And know that are practical steps that you can take to release stress and restore your sexual desire. In this conversation, we’re going to unpack how and why stress impacts our sexuality, as well as talking through some science-backed ways to combat the problem.
