Marília is an entrepreneur by heart and a corporate expert by design who is passionate about creating environments where leaders and teams can thrive through experiential learning and innovation. She holds an MBA in Creative Leadership from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and is committed to helping organizations build cultures that support growth and performance. Along with her work in corporations, she is a collage artist and writer.
