• ​Amanda Roseboom is a Senior Instructional Designer with Hummingbird Healthcare, where she partners externally with clients to develop impactful training for contact center teams. With over a decade of experience in corporate learning and development, Amanda has designed programs across frontline operations and leadership development. Her transition from internal roles to external consulting—and now to an embedded external role—was driven by a desire to work more strategically and creatively across industries. She is passionate about crafting learner-first solutions that align training with real business needs.

• ​Annie Woodcock is a freelance learning consultant, designer, facilitator, and ICF accredited coach with over 10 years of experience across sectors including education, tech, wellness & social impact. With her dynamic 4-for-1 learning skillset, she uses her expertise to create learning content, experiences and communities that address real world problems in innovative ways. She believes that learning is a fundamentally existential process, in that to be alive is to constantly learn!
