Session 3 / Track 3: Exploring Your Global Benefits with Angelina Shamborska

​In this session, Angelina will introduce you to your global Benefits team, advise you on the benefits which are available to you as a womxn-identifying Oktanauts, share a wealth of resources, and answer any questions you have about the benefits on offer.

With over 20 years of experience in global HR and benefits management, Angelina is a strategic and visionary leader who designs, evolves, and implements effective benefits programs and systems for diverse and high-performing teams. As Senior Director of Global Benefits and Wellbeing, Angelina is responsible for the global employee benefits strategy, M&A, new country entry, and end-to-end experience for over 20 locations.

Angelina has a strong background and passion for sustainability, finance, and human resources. She leverages her skills, education, and experience to optimize cost management, compliance, process improvement, and employee engagement and communication. She is driven by the mission of empowering employees and their families to access the best technology and tools to enhance their wellbeing and productivity as they deliver on goals and company objectives.
