A dance party! A ceremony of movement!
Somewhere between an ecstatic dance and a Zumba class, we find Jellyfish Jam.
Allegra, will guide you with textures, visualizations, inspiration, motivation, and tasks to help you connect to your personal way of grooving, your body's unique way of communicating and delighting.
No experience necessary. Just a desire to move, sweat, be, laugh, maybe cry, and shift.
