Join us for a rejuvenating Digital Detox Day at our Tribeca location! Escape the constant buzz of your devices and reconnect with the world around you. Stop by for an hour or 2, or spend the day disconnecting.
We're partnering with several movement, mindfulness, and wellness leaders to help you reset and connect throughout the day:
joyflow (10:00 Class: 50 Minutes)
Take a moment to pause, breathe & shake out the week. joyflow® is a creative, mindful movement method to connect with your body and move in a way that feels good to you. Blending elements of gentle yoga, somatic release, and free dance, you'll be guided through a series of practices that help relieve tension and create space for your own joy to flow through! Expect to laugh, play, relax and reset for the day and weekend ahead. Suitable for all bodies and abilities. No yoga mat necessary, just BYOBody.
