Skillfully communicate to help create connection when there's separation
Recognize and distinguish needs from strategies
Communicate with more agency, empowerment, and confidence
Listen to, interpret, and relate with others constructively
Build trust and connection in relationships
Speak so that others listen, and listen so that others speak
Practice skills for real-life scenarios: Apply what you learn in role-playing exercises, gaining confidence in handling complex interactions.
