About Event
Qigong and Yoga Combining Qigong and Yoga, two ancient practices to balance body, mind and spirit using physical movement, breath and meditation.
This class is for all levels, we will use props and modifications for all needs. Slow movements while focusing on the breath and meditation to calm the mind, balance the physical body and feel the qi/prana flow.
Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a yoga mat if you own one; one will be provided if you do not have one.
No prior experience required.
