About our host:
Jia Lin-Bothe is a nonprofit leader deeply rooted in education equity and environmental advocacy, with a career dedicated to amplifying voices that are often underrepresented. As an Asian American leader and immigrant, Jia brings a lived understanding of what it means to navigate multiple cultures, identities, and systems—and how powerful it is when our stories are seen, heard, and valued.

​Throughout her journey, she has remained grounded in a belief that community is not just important. It’s essential. Whether working in nonprofit leadership or leading grassroots advocacy efforts, Jia is passionate about building spaces of belonging, connection, and collaboration.
