Dan Lawner is Director of Talent Development for DT Global and Principal of Bevel Talent. Dan has spent most of his career leading small L&D teams (or being a team of 1) at organizations like DT Global, Pathfinder International, Federated Wireless, and Population Services International (PSI), often building L&D from the ground up. While those were truly generalist roles, Dan’s passion is building the skills and confidence of managers and leaders. Dan is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
