Lucy is Founder of The Scale Up Collective, which is driving growth for over 100 tech startups and counting. They do this through their unique insights-driven strategic approach which takes a lot of the guesswork out of growth plans.
βBefore Scale Up, she started her career in creative agencies, then transitioning in-house to launch brands such as Skype as Head of Campaigns, Starling Bank as Head of Growth & Yolt as CMO - scaling their B2C product to 1M active users across Europe and launching their BaaS product to financial institutions.
