​Self-producing artists are musicians who take charge of their own music production, from recording and mixing to marketing and distribution. The world is experiencing a surge of such artists, thanks to digital music platforms and DIY production tools that help artists take creative control over their work.

​In this educational series, we aim to explore how self-producing artists navigate the music industry. What are the perks of working alone? Are there any risks or problems that are often overlooked?

​We will be hosting KIM of Diamonds, a Malawian R&B singer and songwriter who took the Malawian music industry by storm after her first album release in 2015. She will share tips on how she:
