Join the CNY Women's Walking Club for a 2-hour hike (4.2 mile trail) at Robert H. Treman State Park.
Whether you're looking to reset, make new friends, or build movement into your weekly routine, this is a welcoming space to do it with like-minded women across Central New York.
Event Itinerary:

📍 Location: Robert H. Treman State Park - Rim & Gorge Trail Loop (105 Enfield Falls Rd. Ithaca NY 14850)
Meeting Point: In front of the visitor center (located off the parking lot)
9:30 AM: Arrival + introductions
9:35 – 11:45 AM: 2-hour hike (4.2 mile trail) at Robert H. Treman State Park.
Host: Alex Canavan, Founder of the CNY Women's Network
Cost: This event is free to attend
What To Bring: Removable layers of clothing, appropriate footwear, water bottle, and a crossbody or fanny pack to hold your keys, phone, and a small snack. Remember to wear sunscreen!
Please note: There are a few steep spots that may require scrambling, be sure to wear appropriate footwear with traction.

Elevation Gain: 793 ft.
About The Trail:
Generally considered a moderately challenging route, this trail takes an average of 2 hours and 2 minutes to complete. This route has gorgeous views of the river and waterfall. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash not more than 6-feet in length. Learn more here!
About Robert H. Treman State Park:
Upstate New York’s Robert H. Treman State Park is an area of wild beauty, with the rugged gorge called Enfield Glen as its scenic highlight. Winding trails follow the gorge past 12 waterfalls, including the 115-foot Lucifer Falls, to where visitors can see a mile-and-a-half down the wooded gorge as it winds its way to the lower park.
