KOMPAS VC is a specialist early-stage venture capital firm backing technologies that reduce emissions, increase productivity, and strengthen resilience in the manufacturing sector and the built environment. We provide high-growth companies across Europe, US, and Israel with strategic industry access to enable the transition within those industries towards an economic model that balances growth and prosperity while respecting planetary boundaries.
At One Ventures finds, funds, and grows companies that are using disruptive deep tech to upend the unit economics of established industries while dramatically reducing their planetary footprint. Founded in 2021, the firm has led early-stage investments in 45 startups, including Colossal Biosciences, Ascend Elements, Monarch Tractor, Cruz Foam, and CUBY Technologies.
New System Ventures ("NSV") takes a first principles, systems-led approach to identify transformative solutions to back or build in the energy, mobility, and industrial sectors. Water underpins 60% of global GDP and the sector is facing an array of challenges, headlined by climate change that is making both droughts and floods more common and more extreme. Burnt Island has invested in 31 start-ups in the water sector since 2021.
