SG PLG Meetup #7 - Retention Case Study Discussion
Are you working in growth, product, or a cross-functional role in Singapore's tech and startup ecosystem?
Do you want to brainstorm with like-minded individuals working on retention and monetization? Join us in the 7th meetup of the SG Product-led Growth (PLG) Community!
What to expect
We are excited to have Jason Teo, a Product Leader to guide us through a deep dive into Retention. In this evening, we'll be discussing multiple Retention scenarios together where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and gain fresh perspectives on topics such as:
Product-led growth (PLG) and its impact on retention
Key retention metrics in a PLG model (e.g., User Retention Rate, Customer Lifetime Value)
User experience's role in driving retention
Strategies for user activation and engagement throughout the lifecycle
We will encourage you to bring your own topics and collaborate on problem-solving with peers and our speaker.
After the case study deep dive, we'll transition into our usual casual networking session. This isn’t one of those awkward networking events where you just exchange business cards. Instead, expect a relax and interactive atmosphere where you can build genuine, authentic connections.

About the Speaker
Jason Teo is a product leader with a proven track record in digital banking, marketplaces and e-commerce where he helps bring a user-first focus to companies in Singapore and South-East Asia, because that's the best way to scale adoption and retention (is there any other way?)
Earlier in his career, he spent >6 years in 701Search and Mudah.my building key product verticals until the company was acquired by the Telenor Group for US$300M, and then later merged with Carousell to become a unicorn.
Hope to see you there!
