​Since the weather for Sunday April 13th is going to be feeling more like winter and less like Spring, we're moving the event to Wednesday April 16th for an after-work meet-up.

​For our kick-off walk, we're creating space to process what's been going on in current events in a way that feels healthy, productive and grounding. So instead of doomscrolling alone, come join us, share your thoughts and walk off some of that stress.

​Social Stride is a casual walking/soft-hiking group designed to get us gals together, get fresh air and exercise while we destress about whatever's going on in the world! We'll explore different trails in Portland, Maine.

​Because let's be honest with each other here, sometimes all you really need is some fresh air, a good walk and a good conversation, to know that you're not alone in this world!

​Portland's weather is diabolical in the spring. Bring layers + a water bottle.
