

Body & Mind Reset Social
Join us for the final summer IBZ Social: Body & Mind Reset, a beginner-friendly wellness session designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and reset your mindset before the school year begins.
We'll start this session by getting into a relaxed headspace over a cup of delicious tea and community exchange. Later, we'll dive into gentle class led by movement specialist Pegah Khozeimeh. We'll explore body flex techniques, corrective posture exercises, and mindful breathwork. Designed for beginners, this session supports physical alignment, emotional release, and a natural endorphin boost.
The movement practice will be followed by a short, accessible meditation to help clear mental clutter, reduce stress, and cultivate a focused, positive mindset. No prior experience is needed. Just wear something comfortable and bring your favourite yoga mat!
