​Founder's Journey: Insights from Yale Engineering Innovators will provide an opportunity for Yale faculty to gain first-hand experiences from Yale Engineering entrepreneurs who successfully brought lab discoveries to market: what worked, what didn’t, what resources were needed and more! Each seminar will feature an engineering faculty founder and ample time for Q&A and networking for all attendees. This series, presented by Yale Engineering and Yale Ventures, is open to the Yale community.  

​About the speaker: Mark Saltzman, is the Goizueta Foundation Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Chemical & Environmental Engineering & Physiology. He is a co-founder of Stradefy Biosciences, Xanadu Biosciences and B3 Biosciences, which are currently operating in New Haven. He is a consultant or advisory board member with two small pharma ventures and two major pharma companies. Over the past years, he has collaborated on research projects with leading biotechnology and medical device companies.
