From Conflict to Connection
From Conflict to Connection
Conflicts are an inevitable part of our lives and relationships. The challenge lies not in their occurrence, but in our ability to navigate them effectively and compassionately. This workshop addresses this challenge by introducing participants to the powerful tools of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which allow us to reframe conflicts through the lens of human needs. Through an interactive and experiential presentation, participants will learn how the framework of NVC supports a view of conflict as a gateway to deeper understanding and empathy and a catalyst for growth and connection.
