Join us for “Where to Start with MVP,” a panel discussion that tackles the big questions around building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for your startup. What does an MVP really mean, and do you need to spend money hiring developers, or can you get started with tools like WhatsApp and Google Sheets?

Our discussion features two expert panelists: Cait Pilkington from Block Dojo, an accelerator that guides companies from the idea stage through MVP creation and launch, and Robert Lynch, a co-founder at Old.St Labs, a company specializing in offshore development. Robert brings valuable insights not only as a co-founder at Old.St Labs but also as the founder of CityMunch, a consumer app for real-time restaurant deals that reached around 100k users in London at its peak. He’ll share his experiences as both a consumer app founder and an offshore development expert, highlighting the common pitfalls startups encounter when using platforms like Fiverr, especially when scaling their product.

The session will be moderated by Vasily Alekseenko, the founder of Rare Founders, who takes a contrarian stance, arguing that investing in MVP development can be a waste unless you’ve truly validated the need for your product.

The panel will be followed by networking drinks, with refreshments provided by our partners at Google Cloud. This is a must-attend event for early-stage founders looking to understand the best approach for building their MVP, whether you’re considering DIY tools or thinking about hiring developers.
