Pokemon TCG Fan Hangout in Mumbai: what to expect
Our Pokemon TCG Fan Hangout will bring together fans of the Pokemon TCG (trading card game) and Pokemon TCG Pocket (mobile game based on the trading card game).
Be a part of this meetup and witness three hours of opening packs, trading cards, showcasing collections and fun yet competitive battles.
Open TCG Packs with us!
You can open packs with everyone at this hangout, be it physical booster packs or TCG Pocket packs.
We will have a pack gathering where at 4 PM for TCG Pocket and 4:30 PM for TCG where everyone opens packs together at the same time.

Trade your cards at the meetup
Trade cards with people at the meetup by interacting with them and showcasing your collection.
Make it a memorable memory taking home a traded card from someone that loves Pokemon as much as you do.
Showcase your trading card collections
Bring your binders, best cards and collections if you'd want to show them to people.
Don't forget to click photos, videos and share them with friends who could not make it.
Battle with everyone!
We will have two segments for battling:
Pokemon TCG — limited slots for playing the physical trading card game.
Pokemon TCG Pocket — you can face up to 10 opponents via interacting with them and report your scores at the main desk. The top two will face each other in the finals!

Here are a few things to keep in mind if you are attending our TCG Fan Hangout.
TCG Hangout General Guidelines
✅ 1. Respect Comes First Be kind, polite, and patient with fellow Trainers.
Treat all collections with respect whether big or small. Every journey begins somewhere!
No bullying, gatekeeping, or rude comments. This space is for everyone.
🃏 2. Trading Etiquette Only trade cards with mutual agreement. No pressure or guilt-trading!
Ask before touching someone’s collection.
If you're unsure about a card’s value, feel free to ask others or use the app.
🎒 3. Keep an Eye on Your Belongings Please be mindful of your items (cards, bags, phones, etc.).
Label your binders or decks if possible.
If you find something left behind, report it to the hosts immediately.
🧠 4. Gameplay Guidelines
Follow friendly play rules whether you’re battling in TCG or TCG Pocket.
Be open to helping new players learn.
If you’re playing a casual match, explain your moves if someone’s new since it makes a big difference!
🌟 5. Inclusivity & Community
Everyone is welcome, be it seasoned collectors or someone looking to buy their first pack. Please follow venue rules for the best experience.

Feel free to open packs with others but don’t pressure anyone to trade or show what they pulled.
Celebrate big pulls with cheer but keep the vibe friendly and not boastful.

Venue Rules
Please be present in the Studio where the event will take place; if you need a breather, you can step out and stand in the garden area.
Please do not disturb those in the cafe area having their meals.
The resident animals will be present in the cafe; if you are allergic to cats and dogs we recommend you plan your day accordingly.
Do not mistreat the resident animals; any form of misbehaviour will lead to you being asked to leave.
Please cleanup after opening packs; Uhtend will provide a bag to discard your pack's plastics, covers, etc.
Smoking is only allowed in the garden area.

Frequently asked questions
How to reach the venue?
It's a 5 minute walk from Versova Metro Station.
Does the venue have parking?
The venue itself does not have parking but you can find a parking spot in the vicinity; we recommend using public transport to get to the venue if possible.
Is a purchase necessary to participate?
You can register for the event for free. You do not need to buy, subscribe or purchase anything to be a part for the event. Feel free to check the cafe for delectable food if you get hungry.
Can I bring my kid?
Yes, the event is open for all. The venue will have resident animals so please be aware of their behaviour around them.
We also request you to monitor them during the event so as to not cause damage to other people's collections: these cards can hold high sentimental and monetary value which makes them hard to replace.
Can I cosplay or wear my merch?
Yes, we encourage it as long as it's functional, appropriate and comfortable to wear.
Where will the event photos and videos be shared?
We will share an iCloud link & some select content will be shared on social media.

Amusement Barn and Classicain_ will be selling Pokemon TCG packs as well as merchandise.
Participants can only trade cards and not sell any related merchandise at the venue.
All trades done are at the sole discretion of the two parties involved. Please make sure to check for authenticity and proper value assessment.
The event will wrap up at 4:45 PM IST to allow us to clear the studio.
