She is also the Founder & CEO of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, the fastest growing tech and entrepreneurship community in Florida. Raechel formerly helped launch the Inno Award-winning tech-for-good initiative, Project Afghan Relief Fund, leveraging OSINT and analytics to support the evacuation of over 100 Afghans after the fall of Kabul. Raechel's legacy of community impact includes leading operations for Synapse Florida, Chairing Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay, and mentoring at USF.
Samantha Ramos is a highly accomplished Cybersecurity Operations Manager with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). She has extensive experience developing cybersecurity and risk management programs for businesses of all sizes across various industries. After starting her career as an intern with federal and state law enforcement, she transitioned to the private sector, focusing on aligning cybersecurity laws, standards, and frameworks with business objectives. Samantha is also the Founder & CEO of Tampa Bay Techies, a 501(c)(3) organization helping aspiring tech professionals by providing resources, community, and growth opportunities. Her leadership has expanded the community to 1000 members and facilitated partnerships with local schools and training programs. Recognized as the 2023 Emerging Tech Leader of the Year by Tampa Bay Tech, Samantha is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech industry.
