About Event
Ahhh the splits!! It may not be accessible to all however, we can practice a variation with plenty of modifications and enjoy the same benefits to open the hips and lengthen the hamstrings.
Items needed for class:
* Yoga mat
Optional:
Blocks, belt or strap & a small stool or chair.
* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
