The speakers for this session are Abhideep Kumar and Divyansh, both from CRED.
Abhideep Kumar is a product leader with 12 years of experience. At CRED, he leads the rewards ecosystem, home experience, and the offers & incentives platform. His interest in AI agents began through the Applied AI Club, which sparked the idea to solve a real operational challenge at work using agent-based automation. He teamed up with Divyansh to build a solution that streamlined offer configuration and brought it into production.
Divyansh is part of the AI Agent Platform team at CRED. He took an unconventional path—starting in finance and strategy before transitioning into software engineering, teaching himself along the way. What excites him most about this shift is combining business context with engineering to build AI solutions that drive real impact. In this session, he’ll be sharing Cassian, an AI agent built to automate reward campaign creation for the ops team—taking a process that used to take over 6 days and cutting it down to under one. (Divyansh is a CA turned software engineer.)
