This Full-Body Gravity Yoga class, helps to open us up again and feel freedom throughout the body. These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly.
No experience needed, super stiff people always welcome ;) I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
Props Needed:
Strap, yoga block (or books), rolled up blanket or cushions.
Please make sure there is an empty wall available.
please make sure the camera is ON and placed away enough from the mat so I can see your full body during class.
