​An expert at streamlining staff operations, Danny Orlick is the driving force behind NetGym.

During his days as a fitness instructor in San Francisco, he witnessed the struggle studios and gyms faced with subbing and internal communication. Hundreds of emails, mass texts, Facebook groups, and Google spreadsheets—all just to find someone to cover a class. Each gym/studio had its own complicated sub policy and approval process, leading to frustrating moments like receiving requests for classes he wasn’t even certified to teach. It was a nightmare.

​But it wasn’t just a headache for instructors like him; it was equally chaotic for managers juggling 20 to 100+ instructors. “No-shows” were all too common, and it hit him personally when he forgot to teach a class he'd committed to.

NetGym is a web and mobile application that enables studios and health clubs to streamline and automate staff management processes such as sub scheduling/communication, team communication, and content sharing.
