Addressing Trafficking for Forced Criminality in Cyberscam Compounds: Civil Society’s Key Recommendations
Freedom Collaborative invites you to an event on November 20th that will focus on the ongoing crisis of trafficking in persons (TIP) related to cyberscam compounds and organized fraud operations in Southeast Asia and other regions.
With support from USAID, Freedom Collaborative has been coordinating a dedicated working group of civil society organizations and grassroots responders who work with provincial law enforcement and provide services to trafficking victims who have been rescued or have escaped situations of forced criminality.
The event will provide an update on current trends and challenges, drawing on insights from the ground. We will also present findings from our upcoming report, developed in collaboration with the Regional Support Office of the Bali Process, which evaluates the progress of existing responses, highlights key priorities identified by civil society, and offers practical recommendations for intervention.
