From Managerial Board to Discerning Body
Ignatian organizations face the constant challenge of balancing administrative demands with fidelity to our founding mission and values. This webinar offers a space to reflect on how we can evolve from merely managerial boards to bodies that truly discern the will of God in our current context.
Ignatian creativity invites us to reimagine our leadership structures, putting into practice the Universal Apostolic Preferences (UAP) that guide our shared mission. Through concrete experiences, we will discover how this path of transformation can revitalize our apostolic works.
Join this pioneering conversation organized by the Office for Discernment and Apostolic Planning, where panelists from diverse contexts will share their experiences, challenges and learnings on this journey of transformation. You will have the opportunity to raise your concerns and possibly find answers to your own situations.
Even if you are not directly involved in boards of directors, this is an opportunity to better understand how the Spirit is moving our institutions towards a deeper and more authentic discernment.
