Join Jenny White for a mid-day mat pilates workout, focused on core and booty. We will have fun, sweat and strengthen for a quick but effective 30 minutes to kick off the week!
Class is all levels.
SET UP :
- A yoga mat is not necessary, but if you have one, unroll it, you'll find it helpful.
- Bring a water bottle to your mat
Pay what you can. This is a donation based class, pay what you are able. If you are not able to pay for class, please share it with your friends and family who would love it.
