Welcoming your Inner Parts Home: An Embodied IFS Encounter
Lab X Presents: Welcoming Your Inner Parts Home with Mandy Snyder
Belonging is often thought of in relation to others, but it is rooted in how you relate to yourself.
This session invites you to explore how you can belong more deeply to yourself. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices, you’ll learn to listen compassionately to your inner world, nurturing greater integration, harmony, and wholeness.

A Note from Mandy
One of the things I enjoy the most about being a somatic healer and an expressive arts facilitator is that I get to help people express themselves and come home to their bodies, allowing them to feel more at ease and self-compassionate. I’m excited to bring this approach to Lab X through movement, breath, and IFS-informed Parts Work, helping participants anchor into their essence while expanding their capacity for relational connection.
