Please join Alo x Outdoorsy Gals x Brittany Griffiths of SOULSTOKED for a grounding and energizing morning yoga practice at Ski Beach Park in honor and celebration of Earth Day! Kick start the morning with an Earth element inspired class infused with mindful movement, meditation and breath, following class we invite you to join us for a shore clean up along Mission Bay.

After you enter the main entrance off Ingraham Street, park in the large lot on the left hand side , drive towards end of parking lot and park near the small round about located at end of parking lot. After you park, look for the concrete restroom building facing the water and we will be set up in the grass area near restrooms, in front of the walking path facing the water :)
