About Event

The AI Founders Mindset (AI FM) and Tokyo AI (TAI) joined forces for this session on the Future of Work, especially focusing on the impact of AI Agents.

We will have two panels, one with founders, and one with investors.

The first panel will discuss how agents are changing the world of work:

  • Eric can give us his perspective on deciding to build his next AI agent startup in Tokyo and Taipei vs San Francisco (where his previous startup was in YC's W19 batch).

  • Vlad, with his extensive experience around human capital and strategic talent acquisition, has deep insights into ways agents will impact Enterprise efficiency. He's now building Prance, an AI startup for the future of work.

  • Ryunosuke will share his perspective from Automation Anywhere, a global giant in work automation, and heavy on Enterprise-focused AI agents.

  • [this speaker canceled last moment due to "extreme jet lag"] Div was building an AI agent company before it became cool, raising $20m from top investors such as General Catalyst. Div is now working on a new startup, AGI Inc.

The second panel will involve three investors:

  • Ken Yasunaga, an investor and board member of AI companies like ABEJA, will share his view on the future of work with AI and will also be able to contribute also on the hardware requirement for a future with AI everywhere.

  • Erdinc Ekinci, a first-time investor who's raising his debut fund, will give his experience as the Japan and Korea Director for the Founders Institute, both as an accelerator, as well as an early-stage investor.

  • Takumi Ishigami will tell us about his perspective as an impact investor, as AI has the potential to cause considerable changes to the workforce, as well as to have an important climate impact.
